Trudie Gaal

Trudie is a certified Human Resource Professional with 20 + years of experience in the consulting, service, retail, and construction industries. Currently, Trudie is Director of Human Resources and is an avid fan of all sports. “Attending a Cleveland Indians or Browns game makes me proud to know the company I work for played an integral role in the design and installation of the fields”. Trudie is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University where she received her Bachelor of Business Science with a Minor in Human Resources and Psychology. She also attended Baldwin Wallace University receiving a Certificate in Human Resources Management. She holds HR designations of SHRM-CP, PHR and has her Life & Health Insurance license.
