James Ford Rhodes High School

For the First Time, Rhodes Rams Practice on Their Brand New Synthetic Field

About this project

James Ford Rhodes Stadium football field was the second of five fields constructed for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District courtesy of the Cleveland Browns Give Back initiative. Demolition of the existing natural grass playing field began in June 2016. In August of the same year, the new synthetic playing field base was constructed, Game-Day turf installed, and the field ready for the Rhodes Rams 2016 football season.
